The New Graduate Program begins with an extensive paid technical training program for new graduates designed to supplement the theoretical and practical knowledge gained at university. The focus of our training program is to deliver essential technical skills that will help new graduates learn what will form the bedrock of their new role. Software expertise in Java, .NET, SAP HANA, Ab Initio, Duck Creek, Testing, Mainframe, etc. for the Software Engineer role, while the Business Analyst training focuses on software development lifecycle, requirements, process and scope of projects. This robust, multi-week, training is designed to help prepare New graduates to kick start a successful career as part of Syntel’s consulting team at one of our many client locations in the U.S.

After training, New graduates will join our experienced teams and begin producing quality projects in a challenging and exciting IT environment while deploying newly learned skills and providing fresh perspectives.     Syntel recruitment department will assign you a skill based on your interview and job location. Syntel will train you in desired technologies from a wide range including Java, .net, AI, Digital Technologies, Data Analytics, etc.

  • How long is the training?

    Depending upon the technology you will be assigned to, typically anywhere from 2-8 weeks.

  • Where will be the training be held?

    Depends upon the technology you will be assigned to, you will be required to travel to one of our development centers in Phoenix or Nashville. Some trainings are remote.
