Insurers must transform to serve digital natives

Research from PwC shows that the insurance industry is truly digital, with 71% of consumers using digital research and 26% of consumers purchasing plans online. Shifting consumer demographics put pressure on companies to optimise their businesses or risk falling behind their competitors.
