• Designers createUML models using any XMI complaint UML authoring tool.
• This UML model is the primary input to GENIE. GENIE also provides a user interface for defining project configuration such as technology plug-ins to use, package names, and more.
• The GENIE code generation engine uses the technology plug-ins as defined in the project configuration togenerate quality, platform independent code for all three layers of an application . The pluggable architecture of GENIE allows you to change technologies at any given point of time effortlessly.
